Duties
- Build and establish an innovative team to assist with the above tasks.
- Team leadership: being a mediator and supporter (facilitator) for the team, motivating and steering the product development process, facilitating team meetings.
- Regular reporting and coordination with the responsible member of the Executive Board (VP Members), with the Head of Member Attraction, and the Member Circle of the PMI Germany Chapter.
- Be responsible for the successful execution of the team's planned undertakings.
- Ensure flow of information between sponsor and team.
Deliverables
- At least two 2 new member benefits or services per year. This may include new event formats.
- Successful introduction of these benefits / services in the Chapter / Local Groups
